Upstream Energy is requesting you to transfer your power agreement to Birdwood Business Finance so we can help support and grow the network of clean energy customers across Australia. This change ensures your solar system continues to be serviced and managed with long-term support.

Here’s what you need to know

• Your contract terms remain unchanged

• Upstream Energy continues to provide system servicing and customer support

• Birdwood Business Finance will now manage billing and collections

What You Need to Do

We’ve made it quick and easy to confirm the update to your agreement.

• Step 1: Click the link in the email you received to accept the transfer

• Step 2: Complete the Direct Debit Form linked in the email – or take note of the updated payment details, which will appear on your future invoices

Your cooperation helps ensure your billing continues without interruption and your system stays connected and maintained under the current terms.
